But, are we at peace?
I don’t ask are we happy because happiness is not a constant state of emotion… (no emotion is constant anyway) but being at peace has to do with being content with is a perspectic.
It is a character trait like optimismso we can be at peace.
We cannot be at peace when we are in a depression or have anxiety disorder. This ia because we are out of alignment. The bodies hormones, neurotransmitters and other metabolic chemicals are abnormal.
Therefore we need to rebalance our condition. Conventional medicine gives you pills to take and that is good for acute situations. But when we are back to norm how do we prevent relapses.
Well the answer is intuitive, we don’t need to be from Krypton.
Health is made up of this five pillars:
- Sufficient Sleep
- Good Nutrition
- Proper Exercise
- Managed Stress
- Loving Relationships
So next time you are in a position you can’t deal try and get the five pillars back in balance.
